Mk2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the mk2 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the mk2 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set forth. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Modifying, copying, distributing, or exploiting any platform content without written permission is prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or other user accounts.
- Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or activities violating Malaysian law.
- Sharing accounts or granting access to third parties without authorization.

The mk2 platform reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these terms and take appropriate action, including immediate access suspension.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mk2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users must ensure that all deposits are made via legitimate payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made through third-party accounts or unauthorized payment methods are strictly prohibited.
Key terms related to transactions:
- The minimum deposit is RM 10 unless otherwise specified for certain promotions.
- Withdrawals will be processed according to limits and time frames based on the user’s account level.
- Mk2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity.
- Any funds obtained through fraud, system manipulation, or violation of terms will be confiscated.
- Users are responsible for reporting and paying taxes related to winnings in accordance with Malaysian law.
- The platform is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mk2 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of money, data, or business opportunities. mk2’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by that user within thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the mk2 platform are the exclusive property of mk2 or our licensors. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any of this content without prior written permission.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Mk2 reserves the right to suspend, block, or close any user account at any time for reasonable causes, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activities, or requests from relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to proven violations, any remaining balance may be fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Changes to These Terms
Mk2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to use of the mk2 platform will first be resolved through private negotiations. If negotiations fail, both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
